Joyce started her legal career knowing that she wanted to practice estate planning law. The importance and implications of having a proper estate plan became clear to her through personal dealings with her large family and the resulting familial networks and businesses. She enjoys helping a spectrum of clients, from individuals with special needs to those with family businesses looking to find the balance between leaving their loved ones taken care of while achieving a level of freedom to continue to obtain their own goals. Since joining Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A. in 2007, her estate planning practice has provided her with the satisfaction of helping people in an area that most find to be difficult to address. Joyce’s professionalism combined with her friendly and straight forward manner allows people to feel comfortable yet confident in discussing estate planning and trust administration.
Joyce savors time spent cooking for her family and friends, traveling anywhere that offers adventure, and trying to keep up with her two young sons.
